Our health and lifestyle.
Nowadays it is tended to reducing of life expectancy. It is well-known that our health depends directly on our lifestyle. But we forget about this and make it worse with our hands.
First of all we have to eat right kinds of food – it is the first way to be healthy. Balanced food gives our organism amount of necessary vitamins, minerals and nutrients needed for normal vitally activity. Food must to be medicine and medicine must to be food. But most people often prefer fast-food, hamburgers, high-fat food, and fizzy drinks. Such food and drink lead to worsening of metabolism, overweight, fatness and diabetes.
The second way to preserve our health is physical activity. A sound mind in a sound body as the saying is goes. Active lifestyle helps to keep muscles in tonus, to be strong and hardly. Physical activity results in good functionality of body organs as well as helps the skeleton to be strong, develops flexibility and power, improves mood and helps easier to endure stress and storm. But due to sedentary lifestyle people living in cities and towns (it is majority of the population of the planet) health is endangered.
The third way is giving up unhealthy habits such as smoking, drinking alcohol and drugs. They are hazardous for our health and can lead to fatal diseases like cancer.
As for me I try to follow active lifestyle. I don’t like slow course of life. But my work is sedentary and I have to sit in front of computer during the day. I am depressed by this! So my lifestyle does not let me to be as active as I want! But I try to work out at home and to diet. It does not let me get out a fit!
